Objectives of the Trust

Membership and Participation
Membership in the Trust is open to individuals and organizations that support its objectives. Members must adhere to these Terms and any other rules or policies established by the Trust. The Trust reserves the right to revoke membership for non-compliance with these Terms or actions contrary to the Trust's objectives.
Donations
Donations to the Trust can be made by individuals, organizations, or other entities. All donations will be used solely for the purposes outlined in the Trust's objectives. The Trust will provide receipts for all donations received and maintain transparency in the use of funds.
Use of Funds
The Trust's funds shall be used exclusively for activities that further its objectives. The Trust shall maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and provide annual financial statements.
Volunteer Engagement
Volunteers are crucial to the success of the Trust's initiatives. Volunteers must comply with these Terms and any other guidelines provided by the Trust. The Trust reserves the right to terminate a volunteer's engagement for non-compliance or conduct detrimental to the Trust's mission.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by or on behalf of the Trust remains the property of the Trust. Members and volunteers must respect the Trust's intellectual property and refrain from unauthorized use.
Confidentiality
Members, donors, and volunteers may have access to confidential information about the Trust and its beneficiaries. Confidential information must not be disclosed to any third party without the Trust's prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your involvement with the Trust. The Trust's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have donated or contributed to the Trust.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Amendments
The Trust reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to members, donors, and volunteers through appropriate channels.
Payment Terms
We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. By making a donation or any payment through Razorpay, you agree to their terms and conditions. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Vivasaya Bhoomi Trust is not responsible for any payment issues that arise through Razorpay.
Refund Policy
Donations made to Vivasaya Bhoomi Trust are non-refundable. In case of any discrepancies or errors in the transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date. We will review your request and resolve it to the best of our ability.
